Webinar - Growing Your Firm's Revenue using the Non-Grantor Trust State income Tax Chart

Date: Tuesday, October 22, 2019
Time: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Location: Elevations Credit Union
Speaker: Steve Oshins

Join BCEPC Program Committee chairman Justin Dituri and BCEPC committee member/host Jorin Bale at Elevations Credit Union on October 22nd at 12:00 noon for our next hosted webinar with content provided by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils (NAEPC).

We will be featuring a presentation by Steve Oshins “Growing Your Firm's Revenue using the Non-Grantor Trust State Income Tax Chart.”  State income taxation of trusts is becoming a big issue.  The state in which a trust is “located” has an impact on the trust’s income tax bill – some states collect no tax, others collect a sizeable tax.

Mr. Oshins presents nationally on this topic and publishes an annual chart comparing trust state income tax issues across the fifty states.  This should be valuable information across all disciplines to best assist our clients.
